Mindfulness—Awareness meditation is the foundation practice for the Flagstaff Shambhala Meditation Group. This practice has been the core practice for Buddhist practitioners since the time of the Buddha over 2,600 years ago, and is based on the premise that every human being has the ability to cultivate the mind's inherent stability, clarity and strength in order to be more awake and compassionate in everyday life.
Meditation instruction is free and available before the Flagstaff Shambhala weekly meeting.
